ROLE OF YOGA IN OUR DAILY LIFE

Role of yoga is very much in our daily life.Yoga basically consists of three components :

1) Maintaining body in correct postures called asanas.This helps to avoid all bony,spinal and  other joint problems.Keeps skeleto- muscular system fit.
2) Practicing deep breath exercise supply maximum blood to the body and all the vital organs.Also called as pranayam.
3) Meditation simultaneously. This improves the concentration power of the mind and helps in stress management.Also increases the cognitive and other brain powers like memory etc.
